
POLICE ACADEMY RELATED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM
You have been identified as a potential candidate (or alternate candidate) for the upcoming Wayne County Regional Police Training Academy.
The 17-week academy is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 12, 2026, with a mandatory orientation on Friday, January 09, 2026.
If you are interested in attending, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete, sign and submit this form as soon as possible.
2. Complete the MCOLES Agility Test at the Schoolcraft Police Academy location (31777 Industrial Road, Livonia, MI, 48150) on one of the following dates:
- September 21, 2025
- October 19, 2025
- November 23, 2025
- December 7, 2025
Please bring your WCS ID, driver’s license and your signed Physician’s Health Screening Form.

Email passing MCOLES physical agility and MCOLES written test results to Sgt. Ali Mazloum and Cpl. William Parker no later than 2359 hours on December 12th, 2025.

3. Complete the MCOLES Reading and Writing Test (if not already completed).

Failure to meet the above deadlines may affect your eligibility to attend. Please note that attendance at the orientation on Friday, January 9, 2026 is mandatory.
