BOATING SAFETY COURSEThe Wayne County Sheriff’s Marine Division, in cooperation with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and the Detroit International Wildlife Refuge, will be conducting Basic Boating Safety Courses beginning in March 2022. The courses will be held at the John D.
