The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has contracted with a vendor to provide Commissary Services. Continental Distributors dba Canteen Correctional Services serves the inmates by selling snack foods, hygiene products, clothing and phone time. The Commissary serves the inmates four days a week and all profits from the operation are used to fund programs for the inmates.

Through partnership with Continental Distributors dba Canteen Correctional Services, deposits via cash, credit and/or debit cards can be made through the lobby kiosks located at our Division 1 (Andrew Baird) & Division 3 (William Dickerson) Facilities. Credit and/or debit card deposits can also be made over the telephone by contacting 1 (866) 232-1899 or over the Internet at http://touchpayonline.com

The front desk officers no longer accept any cash or money orders for deposit into inmate accounts. All inmate deposits are made through the above methods.

In addition, through our partnership with Continental Distributors dba Canteen Correctional Services, relatives can purchase a snack pack for inmates, through the lobby kiosks, or over the Internet at www.mycarepack.com/. The following snack packs are available and will be delivered to the inmates by the Canteen Correctional Services employees. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
