Please complete this form at least ten business days before your event and email Rashaun Whitehead at rwhitehead@waynecounty.com with any programs, brochures, or additional information. Your request can only be processed if this form is completed. Please note that all requests are subject to Sheriff Raphael Washington’s availability. After your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not assume your request has been granted until you receive an email from Rashaun Whitehead stating such. If you need to cancel your event, please email at least two business days before the scheduled start of your event to rwhitehead@waynecounty.com. If your event requires a Press Release or involves potential Press Interviews, you must provide the information to Director Edward Foxworth III 4-6 weeks before your event start date at EFoxworth@waynecounty.com.
